"This lovely hotel is full of charm, the entrance and foyer is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean, I would say however that overall the whole place could do with a lick of paint. The outside, halls and room just look a little bit tired and with minimum effort (paint/ re-stain the bathroom wood) this hotel could be back to its absolute best. That being said those things are only cosmetic and I will 100% be staying again"

"The Hotel was welcoming and friendly. However, the room we were in could have done with an refurbishment. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the room was cold with the A/C control inoperative. Restaurant and Bar to a good standard and service was good if not a bit on the pricey side for drinks."

"We had a really lovely large room which was much appreciated. Great location for shops, restaurants. some initial problems with parking which was quickly resolved. This was our second stay at the Novotel. Would stay again "
