"Good clean newly remodeled rooms. Bed is pretty comfy. Spacious rooms. Lots of amenities in room. Im not a huge fan of trying to navigate the casino floor. Its a lot of walking and not a lot of easy paths around things with lots of people clustering in the way. "

I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. "I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express Reno Airport by IHG! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is peaceful and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which really added to the comfort of my stay. Highly recommend!"
