"the staffs were really nice. location is perfect, the early access was an amazing experience no one is around just me and the waterfalls. the only reason i’m giving a 4 star is the food. not great but good and very very expensive. also pls lock the doors the monkeys know how to open unlocked doors. my room was trashed "

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better: Guests now have to pay for parking. There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept . Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior...

"Short overnight stay, but midday checkout was appreciated. Communication with hotel prior to arrival was difficult, impossible in fact. But once there, friendly staff, nice hotel, extremely close to the airport, quick shuttle. Wifi good. Nice breakfast. 31/2 stars."
