Our group had none but he still felt the need to be very rude to us as if he didn’t believe we would abide by the rules because we weren’t from Japan (specifically he made a point , even after explaining the initial onsen rules, that because we were foreigners now...

"The carpet in my room was only vacuumed occasionally even though it was obvious that it was needed. Carpet should also be shampooed as it was not overly clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were excellent."

"The DoubleTree Hilton is located right next to the monorail for easy access to Naha. I could not fault the staff - - the service was exceptional. We stayed during New Year - - peak season - - could not complain. The rooms are not modern; however, we stayed in a King Suite standard, bed was comfortable, shower hot and a coffee machine is all we needed for a good night rest. "
