"I’ve stayed at some incredible five-star hotels in the past, but nothing compares to Hotel El Negresco. The experience was, by far, the most amazing I've ever had. I can't stop raving about the staff! Juliette and Philippe, the concierges, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was impeccable; they are the stars of the show. They arranged a car rental for us and recommended the most incredible places to see. This trip was very important for my family, and Jerome was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. He had our keys ready, an umbrella on hand, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff, including Tom and Eric at the front door, were also extremely attentive and welcoming. I can't forget to mention the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at breakfast. The service was top-tier! I’m sure I’m missing a few names, but every single staff member was amazing.
