"Friendly staff, good location(easy to reach from london gatwick) , nice room with view of the big ben and part of london eye. Breakfast was ok. Overall positive experiance, but we got double charged for the room, luckily i checked my card after trip and i contacted expedia agent which was helpful to solve the problem."

"The staff at the hotel made our stay! They were all very friendly and so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were thoughtful touches of fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Waterloo, so very convenient. We didn't sleep well as there was quite a lot of noise from other hotel residents and outside the hotel, however we were only there one night so it didn't matter. "This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting London! Also, I must add during my stay there were in the process of adding a bar area at the location. Great job, Bermonds Locke and staff! "

"Good friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, but was surprised there was only vegan sausages on offer. Eggs, either fried, poached or scrambled were really good. Only a choice of filter coffee, which was fine but would normally see a machine so you can make a choice. Parking is very limited but we knew this in advance. Great location for all things London."
