"I had an incredible stay at the Shangri-La, The Shard. The staff was so incredible attentive from the moment you step into the building. I especially want to thank Jehan from the front desk staff for going out of his way to make sure I stayed in the best room and it definitely did not disappoint. I was able to see a stunning sunrise over Tower Bridge and soaked it all in from a bathtub with the view. This hotel truly has one of a kind views of the London skyline— I’ve been to London plenty of times before and stayed at varying hotels and this one is truly the best out of all of the them. The staff truly makes the biggest difference. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Lovely room, clean and virtually silent overnight. The location was perfect for Battersea parkrun, and for exploring London, either on foot or via the underground (station 5 minute walk away). Thank you!"

"Breakfast beneath the hotel was free, fruit and bottled water available around the hotel and in the rooms. Building is old but very well cared for and tastefully updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definately stay with them again."

"We stayed here one night at Christmas time and it was lovely all the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, they had a bar with nice drinks and food options, the hotel has a tube station on the same road and there is restaurants and pubs walkable distance it’s also walkable from Waterloo station. The hotel had lovely views of the city and we left our bags here before and after our stay with no issues "

" A great find in a very convenient location for Waterloo Station, the London Eye, or thd Imperial War Museum. Excellent views of London from our 12th floor room. Modern room, v comfy bed kettle, fridge, bathroom toiletries all provided at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended."
