"We’ve stayed in the Elevate rooms a couple of times now, and they are great for many reasons. It’s rare to have an in room fridge, but extremely nice when traveling as a family. My only real complaint is that the mattresses are extremely firm and both times we’ve stayed here I’ve left with a lot of back pain. "

"Amazing once again! This was our second year staying here for the Dead and Company run at the Sphere. From the spacious rooms to the excellent dining options, it's a great place to stay. They're very accommodating to the literally thousands of Deadheads gathered here. Shakedown Street was in the convention centre last year, and while it was incredible, we discovered how much better it is outdoors. I hope this can happen again next year! "

"Enjoyed the sports book and its amenities. The tellers for bets could have been more polite and responsive. Never good to have an employee treat a customer as if they are doing you a favor to perform the service they were hired to do. No room service once checked in was a shock. Burden placed on customer to contact house keeping when needed new towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, trash removed. Check in was very slow. Only 2 workers and 50 people trying to check in. Took over 30 minutes to be...
