"I'm a frequent Atlantic City visitor, but this was the first time I stayed at Bally's. It did not disappoint. The room and staff were great. Shoutout to Kate at the front desk she was so kind and helpful checking in after some initial confusion. Bally's was great and I will definitely be back. I will, however, book directly with Bally's next time. This is the third time I tried booking a major casino hotel through Expedia and EVERY time there are issues at check in. It's not the hotels fault just whatever third party system Expedia has going on. Not worth the hassle booking third party for these locations."

"This was a great location for me as it was just 5 mins walk from where I had to be. The hotel staff was amazing and accommodate my schedule as I was in town for conference and it was clean. They offered Breakfast and Dinner and my room was cleaned everyday. It was an all round amazing stay!"
