"It’s close to everything Times Square, Rockeller etc. Dislike that only one elevator was working for so many people. Many times we had to just walk up or down the stairs (15th floor.) The elevator took very long and can only fit like 6 people with luggage’s A lot of people were. Waiting in the lobby for the elevator . the ice machines were not working on 7th or 10th floor. "

"Very pleasant stay in the 2 bed suite for our family. Amazing views from the rooms overlooking the river. Loved the location, not as crowded vs uptown but very convenient. Good restaurants options around as well as groceries. The only downside is the lift which can be very slow. But would definitely stay again. "
