"After living in Sarasota for more than two decades, I had never stayed here until recently, and I’m so glad I finally did! Having worked in hospitality and property management for decades, I always notice standout service, and I just have to share my experience. First of all, the front desk team was incredibly helpful and kind, but one young lady, Zenaida, truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism and ability to not only meet but exceed expectations were incredibly impressive. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, with furnishings and decor that perfectly complement the vintage theme of this resort. The poolside area, the Baji Hut, and the incredible history of this property all contribute to its charm. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, whether for my next event, a mini staycation, or simply a day by the pool. This amazing little place has it all. Thank you to the staff at Golden Host for such a memorable experience!"

"We love this hotel the atmosphere and the people were casual and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very good sized. We had a beautiful view of the water, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, especially in the evening with all the lights. Favorite part was definitely the poolside bar cocktails were very good and the bartender was exceptional. We were gonna head back downtown but enjoyed ourselves at the bar so much. We just stayed there."
