South East Division Trip

Thrifty rent a car was horrible . I lost almost 2 hours of my trip in line waiting to rent a car that said I was already checked in. Yet when I got to the counter they said that program had been terminated! What horrible communication! I will never do a package again !

Very modern and clean property. Interior design was beautiful. The pool area was lovely and the shops. Very short distance to the strip and plenty restaurants and shops close to the hotel.

As far as adventures on the Las Vegas strip go, Planet Hollywood has it all! Our room had a partial view of the Paris Las Vegas tower and the Bellagio fountains which was fun for both daytime and nighttime. The room was quiet and although there were plenty of people around we never heard any noise from the room and were able to sleep, which is vital for a successful Vegas weekend in my opinion. We enjoyed the restaurant options and extremely convenient strip access. The Miracle Mile mall is also connected to the property which will be appreciated by anyone who wants to find fun shopping opportunities. We were very appreciative of the easy self check-in kiosks. HOWEVER, travelers with a car should be very aware that this hotel has one of the absolute worst parking experiences of any Las Vegas hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff and parking staff apparently have very bad communication and everything told to us about parking procedures by the hotel staff was said to be incorrect or unavailable by the parking staff. The walk from the parking garage is very long and confusing. Although we paid for parking with our reservation, either the system was not working correctly or they tried to re-charge us for parking on multiple occasions which became incredibly frustrating. Lastly, my ongoing gripe with Las Vegas hotels is stiff and uncomfortable mattresses! While not the worst I have had in Vegas I would have appreciated slightly more comfort in that department.
