"It was not even close to why we expected . The rooms were very basic and not well maintained . The facilities were sub par and the staff ( with very few exceptions ) were not at all interested in assisting or being friendly . We received limited information about what to do and what the facilities were . I rarely write bad reviews but we ended up leaving half way through our stay and they were not even interested as to why . We forfeited two night ( and we had two rooms ) it was so bad . "

Hotel, restaurant and golf club staff were very accommodating, polite, keen and very patient. However the Spa service was poor, no communication as to the treatment requirements or during the actual treatment, probably the worst massage I have had. The time period for the treatment was supposed to be 50 minutes but the masseuse...
