J'ai loué une chambre bien indiqué climatisé et je me suis rendu compte que la climatiseur ne fonctionne pas . J'ai demandé à l'accueil que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas il m'a dit que tous les hôtels à sousse n'ouvre pas la clim avant le 1 er juillet donc j'étais obligé de dormir dans une chambre ouvert à la route principale et vous n'avez pas savoir à quelle point le bruit qui commence à partir de 7 h du matin ... Des camions plus un dos d'âne devant l'hôtel... C'est horrible comme ambiance. La prochaine fois préciser que y a pas de clim

I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times in the recent past and know most of the Staff and Management who have been very helpful. The Breakfast is very much the same each visit with a small selection to choose from. The last day at the hotel increased the Restaurant menu prices by 70% but did not advise me until I asked for the Bill. The swimming pool was out of use again and this was disappointing so had to go to the Beach.

Helt grei standard til en billig penge. Renholderne var veldig hyggelig, og personalet for øvrig også, stort sett, men jeg likte ikke han ene i resepsjonen som ikke kunne godta at jeg takket nei til å gå ut med han. Veldig slitsom type!

Happy with the questions asked. Only dissatisfaction was the Breakfast selection which is the same options every day. In fact I stayed at Kaiser Hotel last year and the breakfast options were the same then. Putting that to one side all else was really good value for the prices charged through yourselves.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit was im Zimmer kaputt gegangen ist würde schnell repariert. Das frühstück könnte abwechselungsreicher sein.es war jeden Tag der selbe. Leider sind die Zimmer wände und Türen zu dünn. Mann könnte alles hören was in den anderen Zimmer passiert ist . Sonst war der Aufenthalt für diesen Preis ok.
