"WE were not able to use this room as our travel was disrupted by Covid. I like Expedia but will likely not use it in the future because I was not able to cancel this reservation when it became obvious we would not be able to honor the reservation I called the Best Western and they are great but we will look for a more user friendly lodging next time in wine country.
