"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. "Very helpful on reception. Some breakfast service was better than others. Maybe wearing headphones hinders hearing the customers' requests. Ckeaning staff on Sunday was excellent, other days not so. I still think there is a tiwel under the bed that must have been there before we arrived. Ionly saw it when I checking before we left. I would certainly vidit this hotel again. The swimming pool is bejue and quirky but very needed after a busy day at the Christmas markets."

"Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. The staff is fantastic. "
