"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. "Elevator was broken, our room was on the seventh floor. Reading older reviews it seems to be a common issue. Flat was the very definition of quantity over quality. Yes, it was a big space but the owner puts ikea land lords to shame. Pillows the size of postage stamps with no fill, broken couch, holes in the sheets, holes in the shower curtain that had half fallen off, no water pressure. It all goes on. "This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all.
