"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all. "Well positioned for central tourist spots, main shopping area, restaurants and train station within 5 minutes walk. Free hot drinks at the reception area and pool table made it a great place to relax. Gym was very well equipped."

"Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back! "

Great place for a weekend away.

"AMAZING! Great place for a small weekend away to Brussels / Belgium. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the centre of everything you will need. Even though it is in a busy area, there is absolutely no noise coming into the rooms. I would highly recommend for anyone who is tight on time / wants to prioritise location. Rooms were incredibly decent and comfortable. Minor point about temperature fluctuations in the shower but that is it!"
