"We love staying in the 3 bedroom super suite. It's so spacious and very much feels like a home away from home. Views are amazing from the large decks. The check in procedure was extremely painful though. The receptionist was not able to communicate very well and left us baffled at times as to what she was saying. We wanted to park one car for the night, but this became a 15 minute ordeal to arrange. Pieces of paper were shoved in front of me with no explanation as to what I was supposed to...

"Have stayed at Barclay 3 or 4 times over the years and I’m not sure I’ll return again. The property is very run down, more like a motel level of furnishings and overall condition (broken door stops, carpet sagging/rolling). Good location and spacious when travelling with a group."

"There’s been 3x false fire alarm during our stay. It’s scary and hassle to go down . I hope this alarm will be improved. "

"We arrived about 7 in the morning and asked if we could leave bags there. Can't check in til 3pm. The receptionist was amazing he checked to see if room was ready and allowed us to take our bags to the room, freshen up after 27 hrs flight and even gave us recommendations for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our family. Well done everyone for your excellent service. "
