"found it difficult to regulate the temperature without getting drafts of cold air from the air conditioning. (I do not like air conditioning) On asking I did get a second duvet to have a warm bed but cool room. Toilet cistern kept running and not filling which I couldn't rectify on the last morning. The carpet had a sticky mark outside the bathroom. Staff very helpful and food was excellent."

Had an issue with the TV not working on our last stay, apparently this is an issue across the hotel so would not recommend if a TV is a must for you. "Staff who greeted us were brilliant, they put us in a high floor right next to the lift as I walk with a crutch.
