"The property location is very central and convenient. Its a puzzle as to why such a well situated property is so ill maintained - especially as it is surrounded by competitors! The waterworks are leaky, furniture and air conditioner substandard. The food served in restaurant is very poor quality - Cook needs to be replaced. "As a former Pune native, this is my go-to place to stay when I visit. It is centrally located, especially close to Old City - the Peths, Deccan and so on. The amenities are lovely. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy and crowded city. The two restaurants, in-house spa, pool, and incredible front desk and concierge services make it all wonderful. My extended family usually stays with me at the hotel."

"This hotel is very basic. The rooms are adequate, but somehow rather bare and characterless. They don't like somewhere you would want to spend any more time than necessary, but if you just want to go to sleep, they do the job. Breakfast is manageable but basic. It's the kind of place you would only stay in if everywhere else was full - which it was when I booked."
