"The property was very clean. Washers and dryers were available for guests to use. Would stay here again!"

"The distance to the station can be tricky as got North and South exit. With luggages may have to walk some distance. I supposed no luck and took more time to reach hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with local food as I noticed mostly locals business trip stay in this hotel."

"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "

"Location is marvelous for the hotel. Many eatery and shopping malls within walking distance around this hotel. It is a bit pricey but is worthy for the location. Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine. "
