"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "가족 3인 방문했어요~ 결론은 매우매우 만족입니다:)) 저희처럼 힐링여행 쉼여행의 취지라면 더욱 추천드리고 싶어요. 수영장/사우나(무료), 키즈 라운지(무료) 및 키즈 클래스(유료)도 운영해서 아이 심심치않고 저희도 모처럼 잘 쉬었네요~ 조식도 맛있어요!! 바로 걸어서 섭지코지, 유민 미술관은 꼭 들르시고요. 10분거리 성산일출봉 말모죠. 근처 아쿠아리움도 있어 3박 4일 알차게 보내다 갑니당!! "

"The hotel rooms are a little outdated but the property grounds are beautiful. We got there very late at night and woke up to an amazing and beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property grounds. So peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Very close to waterfalls"
