"Overall very nice hotel located at a convenient area. Checkin easy but room assigned smelled a little smoky so we asked to be reassigned. Front desk did that immediately within 15 mins. Thereafter we had a pleasant stay. One thing I would recommend was that the concierge could have been a little friendlier. The way he spoke was abrupt and like we already familiar with Singapore. I wouldn’t asked him for directions and or recommendations if we had the answers."
