There were two shopping centers near by. One was 2 blocks away and the other was 6 blocks way. One block away is the Japanese Garden. The Hotel had a great breakfast. "

"Very nice but basic hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The best thing is the location! It has excellent access to Parque Barigui right across the street. There is a bike rental stand steps from the door. There is several restaurants and a gas station across the street also. "

" Very good accommodation; the hotel has suffered a bit over time with some gaps in the windows and in need of a makeover. However, the pillows were good and the toiletries were good. The first room faced the avenue and was a bit noisy, but Manoel promptly moved me to the back floor. The restaurant prices were good and fair, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, even though it was paid."

"Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April.
