I appreciate that the property is undergoing extensive remoldeling. This is going to require millions of dollars. The first room I had in my December stay had a totally unclean, unsanitary, filthy nasty bathroom. They did move me to another room that was cleaner, but in need of maintenance. "It is located in the Hi-tech city area, ideal for guests visiting that area. I was looking for a 3 star hotel with a rating above 8/10 in Ameerpet area. Somehow, accidentally, I got this hotel. Everyday, I had to travel 10 plus kilometer by car to visit my relatives in Ameerpet. It was my mistake, as I could have checked the distance, before I signed up with this hotel. Otherwise, it certainly deserved 8/10 rating. Staff were very nice. "
