"Hotel is in a darker area of the city at night and not somewhere I might consider venturing out. Hotel itself has the usual security team checking all vehicles entering the property. Hotel room is clean and modern. Didn’t eat in the restaurants so no comment on those but did order some food to room and that was okay. Didn’t have time to use spa facilities."

"This is probably my 10th stay in Eros and is like second home to me. There are many long-term staff members, and it has an old school charm to it. The service is phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The bar has a nice happy hour. There is a nice garden out back, for walks and a nice pool for summers. The Lotus temple and many restaurants are all walking distance. There is a large park nearby for morning walks. I cannot recommend Eros enough. "

The staff from reception to turn down attention, to the hospitality persons, captains, managers, waiters, etc could not be any better! They are far more than 5 stars! I was so well cared for and wanted for nothing! Excellence beyond words."
