"We had a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The bed a bit small, but we managed. The toaster didn't work but as soon as we notified the reception desk they gave us a new one. The room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm, but we they put it on rush and called us when it was ready. Hot tub and the pool a bit small and crowded with kids mostly. Overall a very nice experience, these were just small details."

"Clean and cozy. Two night stay during the mid-week. Very secure and convenient location in the central village. We really appreciated our kitchenette and the sofa for a low key evening in. The hot tub was nice, the indoor pool was very cold. Heating and cooling worked well, active ventilation in the bathroom is great. "

"Stayed one night on the way to Whistler. Our room was located on a nonsmoking floor but it had a funny smell in the hallway. Good that the smell did not propagate to the room. The room was dark as other reviewers have mentioned but it's not a deal breaker. Room was clean and spacious. There is a liquor store and cute little cafe connected to the hotel."
