I really enjoyed my stay here and the rooms were perfetly comfortable and with great designs. I'm definitely planning to stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg.

The hotel is very nice, good location easy access to Metro. I rarely complain in this occasion, need to tell, the staff not to the standard of a 4star hotel which charges €200 a night First on check out see people paying when at 21.45 on checking in I am ask to pay Restaurant you can stay waiting for minutes and getting ignored, not enough staff, and you can be met with some rudeness. I would advise to buy water prior getting to the hotel they charge €8 for a bottle and no bottles in room so no choice Any way your choice
