"Very happy with our stay here. Lots of space in the family room. Very helpful staff. Attentive dining staff. Lovely space for kids to play. The swimming pool was great, not too deep or wide, so great for kids and beginner swimmers. "

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It is close by, like 2 mins, in the Gare du Midi station where there is the Eurostar, Metro, Tram and Bus. The hotel itself is quite big compared to other Ibis that we stayed. The hotel is clean and has a security at the entrance. There are just some guy bystanders outside the hotel most of the time. "The surrounding area outside the hotel needs serious improvement and is plagued by road/groundworks. However, the Mercure hotel was excellent. I cannot fault the staff as they were super helpful and accommodated my needs as a guest with disability needs. Highly recommend this hotel for disability access 👌. We will be returning this summer. 5* "
