"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. I had to call the desk and ask for an extension cord, in general, there were be no not enough electrical outlets in the room. on the positive side, I thought the room was very beautiful and spacious. "Although it’s a franchise hotel, it felt special and classy. The bakery and coffee shop downstairs is great in the morning, and they offer a discount to guests (be sure to tell them, they don’t ask and don’t advertise it). Somethings are not explicitly clear, like the basement (floor zero in the elevator) is where the luggage store room is. If you need towels, you need to replace them yourself and they are kept someplace else on the hotel (we got ours by asking the cleaning service). Great...

There were tractors working overtime to ensure the roads were clear of excess snow. The apartment is close to the capital and easy to find. Will visit again "
