"Our stay was very nice other than the service we received in Moss & Oak on March 23. It was ridiculous. We had to ask for refills on the tea and orange juice and had to remind her after taking so long. The first two cups of coffee were lukewarm. I finally asked for HOT coffee. We decided to split a breakfast, and she did not bring an extra plate; we had to request it. She charged for the beverage refills, and we had eaten there three mornings and were not charged for refills. She said...

"Nice location. The room had a musky smell to it and needed some renovating. The shower head didn’t work well and the water did not get very hot. However the bed was comfortable and worked well for the one night."

"I loved the stay and can’t wait to come back. The location is perfect and within walking distance to a lot of the restaurants, shops, bars and a lot of attractions. With everything being so close, my car didn’t move during the whole stay. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and had help taking bags to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
