"何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。"

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. We stayed twice, receiving the same room both times despite one being "standard" and the other "premium". Actually a rather dated but not uncomfortable snug room with a tiny but immaculate and well laid out bathroom. A big plus was the book-ahead price and the FABULOUS breakfast buffet, loaded with Hokkaido specialties."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy walking to many sites, shoppings, and restaurants. We have three people in the room and the arrangement made for us is very well laid out with three large twin beds and a sitting area. The room is clean with all the amenities provided. "
