Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable. Other than that, all was just perfect.

Cosy stay in beautiful Las Condes
Cosy and clean apartments in the beautiful Las Condes area. Very safe area to walk around with lots of lovely restaurants close by and Open Kennedy shopping mall. Close to metro too. Staff were super friendly and helpful too, thank you. Loved our stay :)

Front desk and service personnel are excellent. Location is ideal with respect to metro access and restaurant options. However, there is some noise from the traffic even on the top floors as the apartment is on a very busy road; massive construction next door doesn’t help either.

It was nice, plenty of space, comfortable bed and sofa. Very nice and helpful staff. I just wish there had been some light over the kitchen sink and stove and more than one tiny dish towel. There was a huge refrigerator. I would recommend it.

We stayed for 9 nights. The property was clean, service desk was very helpful. Area was safe and we walked to a 24 hour diner that served completos, burgers and churrascos. The market downstairs was very convenient as well as the breakfast place across the street (only open M-F). The only issue I had was that the shower had pink residue in the grout where some scrubbing would easily remove it. Otherwise, everything else was clean and the building was quiet. We were out of the city for a night and my husband thought he lost his bag. I asked the front desk if they can take a peek in our room to see if the bag was there. They did and even took a photo of it and emailed it to me. It made the difference and we were able to relax during our trip to the coast knowing his bag was safe in the room. We would return.

En general bien, pero creo q podrían tener un sistema de atención q incluyera el domingo. Nos llamo la atención pq en el aviso se dice q tienen servicio diario y no es efectivo. Por otra, parte hay una gotera sobre el maletero de la habitación q podría ser del aire acondicionado q mojó y manchó gran parte de nuestra ropa. Muy molestos por esto. La TV esta von una parte de ka pantalla con una, falla.

Predio bonito, tamanho atendeu nossas expectativas. Localizacao excelente perto do metro. Bairro igualmente excelente. O atendente da chegada Juan Pablo nao foi nada simpatico, pelo contrario.Estavamos com dificuldades para estacionar o carro e descer as malas. Ao inves de ajudar, criticou O ponto negativo foi realmente a limpeza. Nao lavam as vasilhas. Ate ai, ok. Mas Por varios dias nao limparam as bancadas da cozinha. Janelas e cantos da casa muito sujas. Varanda completamente suja. E o pior é que nao tinham produtos de limpeza. Balde, vassoura, rodo. Nada Na cozinha tambem faltaram utensilios. Tivemos que comprar pano de chao, jogo americano, pano de prato Nao somos chatos e acabamos nos virando e curtindo muito a viagem. Mas fica aqui o registro
