"Check in and check out were super easy! If you get an option to upgrade I would definitely recommend it, the 2nd tower is really nice and the patio is a great way to start the day as well as end the night. The only area for improvement is the shuttle! We waited 40 minutes for it from the airport and it never came. However leaving the hotel the shuttle was indeed on time! Hope to stay again in the future!"
