"Very nice hostle. I have not stayed in many hostels in the States but this was one of if not the nicest.The location is a bit out of the way, and way far from where I came from (another hotel in LA); but found the local restaurants interesting enough. Coffee in the morning would have been a nice touch. Getting buzzed in to wait in the yard 1/2 an hour before ckin rather than outside on the sidewalk with bags might have been appreciated as well. Otherwise, nice place, nice stay :). Oh - and one...

"I rented room 316. The room is modern and everything worked perfectly in the room. Plenty of fast hot water for the shower. Check in/out persons were very nice. All of the other persons renting rooms, I met walking up/down the stairs and in the breakfast area, were extremely friendly. Samesun is a totally FUN place to rent a room. I plan to rent a room again in the future. "

If you like the "hippie" or Bohemian culture, you will love this area! Staff was very friendly, and helpful.
