"I had a lot of trouble finding Aparthotel Ponta Preta because it changed its name about 2 years ago to Aparthotel Nautilus! This needs to be changed on Hotels.com after confirming with the owners. My apartment was No. 5 at ground level, had its own private off street entrance and had an open plan living room with kitchen with fridge/freezer and TV, a bathroom with shower, bidet, hair dryer etc, and a bedroom with double and single bed, large wardrobes, a small key safe and AC. "Staff is impersonal, particularly at reception where they need to be super helpful. My husband come down with flu and asked at reception if they had any medicine and the answer was “ no “ and end of, not an alternative offered or even indicating the nearest pharmacy. Rooms were okay, clean but worn out and the daily room keeping rushed as I would find dirt on the floor from the day before. Food was well cooked and tasty but not much variety offered as the days went by. "
