They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

"The views from our room were simply beautiful. Able to see Kanchenjunga range. The service by the staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant is excellent. Each and every was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are outdated and need an update. Location is very good. Few min walk to MG marg the most happening place . Breakfast was delicious and filling. The restaurant staff were very nice and willing to prepare anything you ask for. The manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. "
