"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. "This hotel's location is very nice and central, easy to get to the metro and bus stop. At night it is not the quietest though. The elevator wait can be a few minutes due to the number of guests.
