"The location is perfect. The beach is beautiful but they run out of towels by 11 o’clock at the pool and they just say to you sorry. They told me it was a busy time if they know spring break is busy by more towels."

"upon arrival the staff were AMAZING only thing that threw me off was the odd smell on the hallways and room when we checked in. The shower had a little bit of rust/ mold in the shower which was concerning and why i rated it poor. Not to mention, parking should be included with your stay but that’s just my opinion."

"Very nice property. We had a great room on the 30th floor oceanside with an amazing view. Staff was very responsive and kind. We were not prepared for the resort fees. Great location to restaurants, excursions, shopping, and transportation. Highly recommend!"

"It was our first time in Hawaii and I can say it was a nice, comfortable, friendly Resort. Rooms might need a little update, but other than that everyone was really nice and friendly. It would of been nice if they had a heated pool☺️"

"We stayed in the historic wing which was my preference. Yes, rooms are dated, and there are weird electrical set-ups because the property is so old, but the historic wing is really special, and I loved it. The folks at the front desk were not consistently great, and one person was really rude which was weird. Valet and bell service folks were fantastic! Housekeeping service was so-so, but the people doing the housekeeping were really nice. For days where you stay at the resort, don’t pre-book...

"Room was VERY dated. Stove was so old the numbers on the dials were worn off. We have stayed here a few times and love the location. I appreciate the lower price but this one needs to be updated. Good shower pressure. Love that they supply towels for the beach"
