"Was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to Spencer Street station and with ready access to the free CBD trams. Great location albeit in a bit of a seedy part of time (Police HQ across road means a lot of undesirables in the area). Very clean and quiet room and pool/sauna was a relief after long days around town."
