"It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "

"Beautiful room with modern amenities without impacting the charm. Very comfortable and quiet. Big, rustic coastal Victorian parlor with French doors that let in light and open onto a nice deck. Close to the coast and several great beaches, walks along the tidal marsh. "

"This apartment was modern, and everything was brand new. It had just opened, and we were the first guests to stay here. The view was fantastic, thanks to the wraparound deck. However, there were some inconveniences. Finding the front office was tricky since it’s located in a converted apartment. Additionally, Placemaker’s leasing office was also in an apartment rather than a standard office space. Another issue was building access. "Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "
