my family &i have stayed at this particular hotel 3 times this time how ever there was some sort of miscommunication on our room type . I addressed this with the receptionist he seemed very confused and said the particular room type was no longer offered . then another clerk walked over to assist & said it was available but was a 30 dollars difference as we have a young todler i needed more room i conceded to the additional cost and that was that. over all they were able to assist us just took 1 hour to get it resolved. Only down side the shower was missing a door making it difficult to shower and not get water everywhere . The parking is some what illuminated some surveillance cameras .

The floor was sticky around the restroom area. The bed sheet had little hairs here and there. We got there very late and I just kinda shook them off but I definitely regret picking that hotel.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Having the 2 room suite was really nice. The beds were very comfortable. They have a breakfast of eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy every morning along with cereal, yogurt, bread for toasting and a waffle maker to make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly. The only thing we had a problem with and it is no fault of the hotel. The walls are fairly thin. The couple next door to us had a toddler. She talked very loud and the last night that we were there she cried pretty much all night long. We never heard the parents try to settle her down at all. Other than that the hotel is very nice.

Room has fingerprints on desk & hair in tub. Comforter has with soiled in the Middle with three large spots. Fortunately they gave us a replacement which end up being a mattress pad. When my husband picked it up, the desk clerk said if we didn't like it here we could leave. Her response was inappropriate because all we wanted was a clean rm to sleep in. Phone didn't work.

My daughter & I stayed here which was only 7 minutes from UT San Antonio for the weekend. My grandson, who goes to TX Tech in Lubbock, was playing Ultimate Frisbee w/Tech Sat & Sun. Staff was awesome, as well as our room was clean. Continental breakfast was good. I needed handicap assessible room, which our room was perfect for my needs. Price great! People awesome! Can't go wrong!

First off the hotel is nestled away and near lots of shopping and dining. The desk clerk Latoya is by far one of the best clerks I have encountered and I travel a lot. Very professional and check in was fast, especially being tired she got me in no time. The room omg was amazingly clean and smells really good. The facilities are a bit much for such the low price. Breakfast was basic but gets the job done. Night shift however I didn’t get the guys name are very clueless, so if you need anything reach out to Latoya she is on point and will assure your stay is exceptional. I noticed a guest giving her a hard time and used racial slurs, which was the hardest part of my stay. The cleaning staff make sure the hotel is up to par. We decided to extend our stay. Quiet clean and affordable you can’t beat that anywhere.
