"Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). "We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication."

"You can’t expect too much because you’re on the island but for the value, it’s a great price. The air conditioner could not get the room cold enough and it was hot. The whole time the view is beautiful and the staff was great. It’s just an old Hotel my tile was broken in the shower and Online it shows bathtub. They don’t have bathtubs if you’re on a budget. It’s a great place to stay. "

"I really like the location of this hotel everything like restaurants and nightlife are within ten minutes walking distance. No taxi needed, the hotel is new and pool facilities great. The suite I stayed in was clean and nice staff is very responsive. Also you are away from the bad sewage areas. Very important as there are hotels that are located in areas with bad sewage smell."

"Great location, and excellent staff It was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the airport and I felt safe even though it was nighttime. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, and seemed to be at the edge of all the main city attractions, but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. The room was essentially what I expected, but the window went to the hallway so it might as well have not had a window at all (standard room option)"

"It's amazing to see that very few minor things are not in place after having the island destroyed by a hurricane a few years ago. The hotel has everything you need. You must know that in San Andres you won't find extreme luxury in the hotels and pretty much nowhere around the island. It's all about the Caribbean vibe, the relaxed mood, and the gorgeous see of seven colours, so expect a clean and complete infrastructure and set of services, but no silver cutlery, posh scene or something of the sort. I loved the friendliness of the staff, always smiling and always helpful (Alvin and Monica, you rock), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the pool is great for kids and adults, the location is unbeatable, and the beach ir right there. The drinks were fine, the food was tasty but don't expect a huuuge variety (although I ate a very different menu on each of the 12 meals I had) and just some tiny things were a bit off (some wooden doors that don't belong and the drinks menu that was cut in half) I recommend San Andrés, would have loved to visit Providencia, and loved the scuba, snorkeling and sea view!"

"I stayed at this hotel from 22-29 Dec 2024. The hotel is new with a new and themed design I was told and it shows. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. From Check in to Check out the customer service was impeccable. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance…clothes, footwear, food, drink, makeup, pharmacies etc.. The hotel is located in 4 mins walking away from the beach front. The reason why this is a good thing is because the beach front can be extremely noisy late night into the early hours of the morning. My recommendation without a doubt is to stay at this hotel. "
