"Hotel Alisei is quaint and charming. No frills but everything you need. Very clean property throughout. Cute pool, excellent spa and massage. Lovely beach right across the little street with a nice bar and food. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Very good complimentary breakfast, too. Conveniently located to other points of interest. Highly recommend Hotel Alisei if you’re in Las Terrenas. "

"The service and personnel were excepcional, but the place is loosing quality for a 5-star hotel. For example, the bathroom we stayed in did not reflect the standard (was repaired with very bad finishing), the TV is old with not-so-good image quality, and both the "a la carte" restaurants were closed during our stay. Soon it could loose the 5-Star rating hotel if changes are not made."

"Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. It's right on the beach, easy parking in front. Very central, short walk to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet but you also have a kitchen. Big pool with a bar. We have visited Las Terrenas multiple times and this is our favorite place to stay. "

"Bathroom was dirty, no enough water pressure, front desk and administrator were unfriendly, no tv, the only exception was the owner, she was very polite but was overruled by Laura Noblon, manager. I booked for 4 nights but I left after the first night and the last comment from managers and front desk was “no return “"
