"Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. We drove to Mont St.Michel, Bayeux etc from here. You really do need a vehicle to get around. A few restaurants are 10 mins or so away in the local village. "Loved Le Ferme Aux Chats. Only saw one cat, and one very friendly dog. The owner is lovely, and very helpful and knowledgeable about the WWII sites/mist-sees. The breakfasts were lovely and delicious with home made baked goods and marmelades. We will return one day! "

"We had a great experience there. Our host Vanessa was very kind, friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. The pool and hot tub make it even more pleasant. And what a feeling to be surrendered by all those horses. We were lucky enough to go along Vanessa when she went feeding the horses, she took time to explain to us many things about life in the horse-breeding farm. Also it's important to mention how amazing the breakfast was...

"Got a good price.Has free parking.A good 30 minute walk up hill from town centre. It is under new ownership and when I was there Restaurant not open so not sure if they will have one.Room clean,a good size and bed comfortable but not much around location.Highlight for me was big car wash /Total Énergies over the main road! "Amazing place! So glad we chose to stay here away from the towns. We were still really close to Caen, Bayeux, and the WWII sites and even Mont St Michel! since we rented a car. They also upgraded our room to the deluxe! It was very spacious with amazing views from both windows. Highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel during their stay in Normandy. Oh and they also have like 5 kitties that stay at the place that are very friendly! Definitely a bonus for this cat lover 😅"

"Rather unusual. Arrival down a lovely farm lane to a old farm being renovated. The charming owner showed us to our accommation, which was to a high standard, very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, lovely family doing up the facility and economically priced. Would happily return. "
