"Brilliant customer service, staff all helpful and very upbeat. The hotel is wonderful, absolutely spotless and well decorated. Our bedroom was cosy and very clean, really good nights sleep. We ate in the bar , our meal was delicious, came quickly and served with a smile. Breakfast gave a massive choice of both hot and cold. We will definitely be returning.😃"

"Hotel is in a great location, the staff at check in were extremely helpful and the facilities are great for families. Lots to do to keep the little ones entertained including the pool, cinema and play areas. Kids were so excited to have their own drinks tray in the room and bathrobes for the pool. Only one grumble, the breakfast was a fixed price, so not great value if your kids are fussy. Will most certainly be looking to book another trip here with the family."

"The location was quiet, clean and pretty and the hotel blends with the surrounding neighborhood. The nicest Best Western we’ve stayed in. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Parking was plentiful too. We had a great sleep. "
