"家族旅行でしたが、キャナルシティのすぐそばで、駐車場は目の前にも、他にも近くにたくさんありますが、2日間停めっぱなしで2200円くらいと安く、ホテル目の前なので、子供も小さいので荷物たくさんでしたが、すぐに運べるので助かります。　お部屋の造りも抜群に良いです。窓やテラスやベランダまであり、角部屋でしたが、テラスからは、キャナルシティや、川や、夜景がかなり綺麗で、素晴らしかったです！！　最高に良いお部屋でした！　あと、調理器具が抜群に、全部あります！　品揃えが良いので、近くに歩いたらイオン系列のスーパーもあるので、便利です。24時間です。あと、テレビは、色々見れて、小さい子供も大人も、色々見れるので、良いです！お部屋にずーっといても楽しめるし、天神でもどこでも歩いても行けるし、最高な立地です！！絶対また宿泊したいです！！　素晴らしい！！　お部屋もすごく綺麗です！！　本当、ずーっと住みたいくらい、素晴らしいお部屋でした！！最高⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station."

"Stayed here for 10 nights and it was a great stay. Love the usefulness of the washing machine/dryer, microwave and small kitchenette. The room was comfortable for myself as a solo traveler as I was able to spread my things out and keep my luggage open. The TV was a smart tv that enabled casting from your device which is great. The room is quiet and I didn't hear any noises from neighboring rooms throughout my whole 10 night stay. I had one issue which was that Tokyu Stay doesn't supply coffee...

Comfortable and Convenient

"Mitsui Garden hotels always provide a great experience, and the one I stayed at in Hakata was no exception. The hotel features a well-maintained hot bath on the top floor, which was a wonderful bonus. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. They also provided a nice bottle of water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast here is quite popular, so I recommend booking it when you make your reservation rather than waiting until check-in, as it often shows as fully booked. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but we did have dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious! I’d love to try the breakfast next time. There’s also a highly-rated café nearby that’s worth visiting, and a convenience store right across the street. The large shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away, with many famous attractions within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service."

"This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation. "

"Booked this specifically for location and the in suite washing machine. Hotel was only 5-10 min from Hakata Station and room was clean. I liked that it had a smart tv so I could use my own Netflix and YouTube. Because it’s next to the train tracks you can hear the trains through the windows, so don’t choose this if you’re a light sleeper. Or just get earplugs! Overall good choice if you’re needing the washing machine!"
