"The hotel is wonderful. Nicely kept and good service. They have valet for easy parking if you are staying for more than one night. Around the hotel isn’t quite as clean but that happens in cities."

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....

"Everything was excellent…. Until my daughter went to open the sofa only to discover there wasn’t a mattress. We were given the opportunity to move rooms, but my husband was literally snoring (long travel day, 3 hour time change) our adult daughter then paid for her own room so she had a bed & didn’t have to wake her father and move the multiple bags of luggage "

"We enjoyed the whole experience. It's nice to have a restaurant and bar in house. All the dining options in the area. Only one complaint: the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. It was taken care of right away. Great place. Thank you."

"Room was great. Roomy, had what we needed. The couch pillows had crusty stains and the entire floor smelled of old fish upon our arrival. (3rd floor) The smell eventually went away but it was horrendous. Would stay here again. "
