"The room itself was incredible, but the booking advertised that breakfast was included. A fire in the lobby prevented breakfast. A voucher to a local restaurant or store would have been appreciated. Check in person said I would get a discount, though none provided. At the very least, the listing should be changed to show no breakfast offered. Or notify customer prior to arrival so that they can be prepared for lack of breakfast. Also, it was hard to find where the customer was supposed to...
