"Initial look at the place was great, lived up to the hype. On the beach, decent size rooms, large open living space with kitchen and dining. Everything you’d want for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately as great as the surroundings were, the beds were very uncomfortable, 6 out of the 8 woke up with aches and pains. Mattresses clearly past their used by dates. "The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."
