"This property is not serious. I had a long flight and when I arrived to the property late at night almost 2am they told me they had no more rooms Available. I had to go somewhere else and hunt for a room. Not only that they never gave me back my refund I had to wait almost a month after long disputes with them and Expedia in order to get my money back. If your a person or family coming from long distance I highly recommend you staying somewhere else not here. The owner is not serious "

"Everything was perfect and the room are big enough,they feed you and they are friendly, the only issue was make sure that you don’t pay online when you booking because I don’t know where the money goes, we had to pay again at the hotel and claim your money back which doesn’t make any sense, ather than that it’s perfect for the price "

"Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water...
